  1. Great advice all round 🙂 training and any repetition and self programming is 90%+ effective the only limiting factor is yourself. Advertising companies learnt very early how to use repetition and slogans, testimonials and celebrities etc to "program you" to some degree. This is self programming and about your ego and habits, its a good idea to avoid having certain expectations – other than a bunch of results with certain probabilities and come what may..

  2. You should work out every day, dont feel like you need to get ripped. The key is exercise, getting a good cardio vascular workout daily improves your mental state but the strongest change you can make is to avoid refined sugar completely.
